Senior Manager, Cost & Contract Management

The Opportunity

We are partnering with an international real estate company in Singapore to appoint a Senior Cost and Contracts Management Manager. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to take ownership of cost strategy across major development projects while working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders. You will play a critical part in driving commercial outcomes, influencing project direction, and ensuring disciplined cost management across the project lifecycle.

In this position, you will be involved in core areas such as cost planning, tender and contract oversight, and post-contract financial management, while contributing to value engineering and strategic decision-making. The role offers strong exposure to complex, large-scale developments and the chance to shape commercially sound project delivery within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Essential Experience and Expertise Required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in cost and contract management
• Background in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors
• Proven experience across full project lifecycle (pre- and post-contract)
• Exposure to large-scale or complex development projects in Singapore and overseas
• Proficiency in cost management tools such as CADD, CostX, and Glodon
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership capability
