Senior Manager/AVP Property Management (LANDLORD)

THE ROLE
  
We are seeking a dynamic M&E and Technical Services professional for a Senior Manager / AVP level in Property Management position to join a leading real estate landlord with a solid regional presence. In this role, you will be part of their property management and work closely with the team in Singapore to oversee the management and maintenance of the company's existing and upcoming mixed development projects in Singapore.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of mixed-use properties.
• Ensure compliance with building control regulations and industry standards.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and champion green building practices.
• Provide M&E support for new development projects.
• Continuously improve the operational efficiency of existing properties.

 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in property management within a complex matrix environment.
• Experience working areal estate development industry, Landlord or Owner or Managing Agency in Singapore assets.
• Property assets must be focused on Office, Retail Mall or Mixed development properties and Hospitality assets (Hotel, Serviced Apartment, Residences).
• Relevant 5+ years of experience in Property Management with a strong understanding of building M&E systems and MCST.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E installations for commercial and residential buildings.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong initiative and drive to achieve results.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Understanding of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency measures.
